This is pretty much a resource. Not good at all for players, good for modders. I have no idea of how to make him an unique monster in the world, I tried but he doesn't chase the player nor NPCs.
I'll see about fixing the horns, since the models from the game seem to be getting reversed in X or something.

The example .esp has a race using the resources. It pretty much works already, using the method shown in the video above to trigger his race should let you try it.
